I have used this laundry matt off and on for several years. Prices are petty good and not usually very busy. My only real complaint is that the bathroom has been permanently locked to the public. When doing hours' worth of washing, it would be nice to be able to use a bathroom.
OK laundramat, and clean. I've never seen a crowd here, but some of the machines aren't exactly 100%. My washer was making a scary bad noise during the spin down. And there is no restroom, no sink. I ran one load for over an hour in the dryer, over $3 worth, and only at the end did I notice that it wasn't getting hot. Had to leave at that point, and line-dry that load. I'm going to go back to using Chaska laundry. It seems expensive, but one run in the dryer, and it's dry. I don't have time and money to waste.
I'm currently here right now and all of your large load washers are being used or the coin receptors are full so you can't use the machine. I lost $3 in one before erroring out. Tried calling the number and no one answered. Beyond irate. Now I have a comforter that has soap all over it and no way to wash it.
Bathroom wasn't open/out of order, the clothes wringer was too. Machines were clean, but people don't throw away their used dryer sheets. I liked the convenient location and the price to wash & dry. There is a Hispanic grocery store and restaurant right next door, also check cashing.
Went to the laundromat to have a dryer not functioning right after opening the door and had to use another 1.75 for another dryer. Next time there, went in at 825 to use a couple big washing machines and while putting in several quarters, they locked up. Was the same for the rest of the bigger machines. Looked at the cell and said 828. The sign on the front door says last wash must be started by 845. 828 is not 845! Misleading to say the least. Gave the middle finger to the camera and left!
It is still exactly as others have explained, had to try the place out myself since it's hours haven't been affected by COVID. Out of 30+ washers, maybe 7 are actually functioning. Even the bathroom has been "out of order" since last fall. There are no other amenities, no accessable water or faucets, nothing but a surprisingly stocked change machine. It seems like they gave up on the place and are just waiting for each machine to finish breaking down to just collect and close. Good luck trying to get any laundry done if anyone else is there because there is about enough machines for one family at a time. Grateful that this is not our only laundromat in Chaska. 10/10 would not recommend unless you have no choice.
Place is clean but don't bother trying to wash your clothes here. Over half the washers are out of order. I came here to wash my thick comforters and only one of the big machines was working in the row
This is by far one of the dirtiest laundromats I've ever been in. Ive come here a handful of times each time our clothes don't even get clean, they don't spin out all the way either. Almost every machine is dirty on the inside and outside we have to wipe them down with Clorox wipes. It's infuriating waisting time and money on this dump. I won't be coming here anymore.
-Half the machines are broken. I found a working washer, I think. It's making strange noises. -The soap in the bathroom made my hands sticky. -There are gnats and flies encasing the trash can. I'm going to find somewhere else in the future.
Currently at the laundromat and I have a ton of soaked to the max clothes in my trunk and besides not being washed at all idk what happened to my laundry soap cuz the clothes more dirty now than before ugh just frustrating it's to late to try to even rewash them so fml this is what makes me never want to try to use this laundry since I have had this issue before
