Most of the dryers have sharp gouges in the drums that may tear clothes up. The washers also have them even though not quite as bad. This is due to years and years worth of factory workers putting clothes in the machines that have screws in the pockets. Also can be caused by women's hair pins. The prior owners didn't replace any funds or smooth out the gouges, the new folks running it aren't doing anything either. If I ran the place, I would put stickers on every single washer saying to remove all items from pockets, and not place scent beads or detergent pods in the top detergent slots, but rather in with the laundry. I would have these stickers in English & Spanish on the stainless steel right near the money slot. Also, new management made the place look better, but now we have higher prices for washers and snacks, plus one less restroom. Update: Thank you for your response, and addressing issues as they are brought to your attention. This indicates that you really do care about your customers!

I Washed Laundry At This Location Yesterday And Needless To Say...This Place Is Not Well Kept. There's Loud Knocking Dryers. And When The Washing Machine's Cycle Was Done...My Clothes Came Out Partially Soggy Wet. Then There's Dirty Lint Build Up In The Compartments Of The Dryers. Who Is Responsible For Not Keeping This Laundry Mat Up To Par? This Place Needs A Deep Clean And Several Up To Date Repairs Or Either New Machines. And After Reading Some Of The Owners Responses To Other Reviews...Please Don't Say I'm Lying On Your Business. Because I Will Go Back And Take Pictures And Post Them As Proof That This Laundry Mat Is Not Maintained As Much As It Should Be. There Should Be 1st,2nd and 3rd Shift Employed Cleaners.

Kept clean, smells good, the owner makes regular stops to check in, and the price for wash/dry is great! They also have a play area for the kiddos.

I love EVERYTHING about this laundromat, its open 24 hours, prices are the lowest in town, very clean and family friendly with a cute little children's nook with plenty of modern toys and books to keep the kids occupied, vending machines are always stocked, drinks are ice cold. It's also been recently remodeled and looks so incredibly nice, the cleaning ladies are wonderful and pay very close attention to detail, washers and dryers are some of the biggest in town, soap despenser boxes are always super clean as well (no gunky soap build up) ... restroom is nice and clean. The entire facility feels very inviting and comfortable at both of their Goshen locations. 10/10 recommend for sure.

I don't think anyone knows what the others are doing every time I speak to one person about anything someone goes behind them and does something different! I used to like this place but that's changed if this wasn't 24 hours I wouldn't come here anymore but it works within the time frame I need for my family. Not to mention if you have any problems with any of the machines you're out of luck trying to get a hold of someone there's no contact information anywhere. They made so many changes it makes people uncomfortable. I wished the new owners didn't change anything because people felt comfortable with the way things were now with the changes nothing makes any sense!!!! For the record I haven't been going to this place in a few weeks when someone was here!! I started to go during the night because I felt more comfortable!! Everything I stated in this review is the truth regardless of anyone's opinion!! I'm not the only one who feels like this!! This just proves my point on how there's little to no communication between anyone who is running this company!! There's no contact information in case a customer has any problems with the machines!! The fan has been removed!! You can't find out how busy this company is when looking on line for the best times to do laundry!! They moved the TV by the kid area which could cause a problem if either children or adults want to watch something different!! They changed one of the sitting areas to an enclosed area for another change machine which is unnecessary!! Also on top of it it's more filthy than it used to be in the past!! Someone locks one of the bathrooms so there's only one bathroom available. I no longer stay inside of the building playing cards while waiting for my laundry to get done because I feel that uncomfortable.

Honestly, they did a good job adding the pallets as a wallpaper and adding toys for the kids..but locking doors and closing off the bathroom is a little unnecessary right? Got a paper towel dispenser and it’s never filled. How are people who do clean up after themselves supposed to clean up? Yeah awesome they brought in a little vending machine with toys and candies but uh what about the roaches? they’re still there. Bags of chips get stuck in the vending machine, no sodas in any of the options. Ate my money for both machines separate occasions, tried calling and texting but of course no one answered. Roaches will literally crawl out of the big washers i can’t imagine the other ones. There’s mold inside most of the detergent compartments. Not hard to see, there’s black chunks when you’re pouring your liquids. if it wasn’t for 24hrs i would go to another place. but not their other location in Waterford because i’ve lost clothes due to the dryers eating my items and washers eating money and not starting..

My bedding is currently stuck in one of the washers it didn’t start but I cannot open it. Can someone help?
