Seamstress lady is the best by far on the entire island. I've been going to her for literally 2 decades and she's never failed me. She can do everything, wherever it is and is very creative. Also, their customer service is great. Communication is always key with dry cleaning and alterations. So as long as you're clear and descriptive, satisfaction is guaranteed! I LOVE this particular shop/location (Waipio Gentry). Thank you guys so much for always coming through!

I was shocked when I saw some of these ratings. I have used them for nearly 15 years and absolutely love their work and excellent customer service. The alterations are done in house and the dry cleaning is sent out.

If I could give a minus 0 this business would Have earned it! Absoultley worse dry cleaning and Laundry on Oahu. I recommend this small shop thinking lets give the mom and pop shop support. I Love to support my community if possible. MY HUSBAND had a business trip out of country so he asked to do a rush on his shirts he agreed to pay 25% more That was not a problem. The problem was when he got them back one was torn or snagged. It was a custom fit shirt for him 250.00 never been cleaned . Then the other shirt that he needed to wear was not pressed correctly . Collar was wrink led and wrist were terrible. I asked to speak with a manager they gave me the names of 2 people, I called and left messages no one ever returned my calls. Horrible service. I will post their names later. The names are in my office drawer as I write this I dont think we should of had to pay for the items.

Very disappointed.... I have used them for years and have referred many people to come to this establishment. Usually they are extremely nice and accommodating. Rushed down there to turn in a garment and was told that there was absolutely no way to do a simple side take in before Thursday. Guess I need to find another place that appreciates my business.

How do you charge someone $50 for a three piece suit and a uniform. Super expensive and i had to redo the math for the lady. She almost overcharged me $11... 2 stars cause my stuff came back clean and not wrinkled or ripped .....

brought in 2 pairs of pants to get them hemmed, and prepaid. They said it would be done in a few days. Came back a week later and they weren't even sent out yet! Then came back 10 days later at opening time and no one was there and no answer on the phone..!!
