My dryer broke down, so I had to drive here. They told me I couldn’t dry anything unless I did a whole load. I said, ‘Fine, I’ll do a small one.’ Their smallest machine was $5.50 for the washer and $2.50 for the dryer. The place looked like a dump, completely neglected. They shouldn’t be charging these prices. It’s way too expensive for how they maintain the place.

Honestly amazing customer service! The new manager has plans on taking it to new levels and that would take it over the top. I have used the drop off and pick up service as well and it was super smooth, my new go to spot in the area.

Fantastic service. New owners. The washer and dryer work fine but they are updating to digital soon. Great local Laundromat. They accept debit cards and have change machines, carts for holding and folding and drinks and materials for those with questions.

Giving this place even 1 star is one star too many. The customer service here is disgusting. The change machine is old and doesn't work well. I went to dry my clothes there because my dryer broke at home so I only needed to use the dryer there and the owner told me that I couldn't dry my clothes there if I didn't wash them there which is ridiculous. Guess he feels he loses money but what is more important, turning away a potential customer who is willing to pay or keeping a customer who may use you in the future? That is pure greed! Well he lost himself a customer today and I will never refer anyone there. Apparently he never reads the Google reviews because upon reading these reviews you would think he would have better customer service.

Worked, didn't damage clothes. 77 degrees... Newish bathroom... Could use a deep clean... Shoe repairs... Wash & fold $2.50/#

Fantastic new owner! Customer service is on point guys. They are getting ready to refurbish the whole place but the machines still work just fine they're just a pain sometimes putting so many quarters in with the digital world. But that's what they're upgrading to. You can still get change made and you can run a credit card or debit. AAA+ SERVICE

Bed bugs went there to wash clothes haven’t been to a laundromat in 20 years left with bed bugs never had them had to call an exterminator just to make sure I had. No more after getting bit the same night after leaving several times by the bug I never knew really existed

Very nice people , two complaints. Very expensive compared to others and not the cleanest machines. Only benefit is it being out of the way in royal palm

Don’t even waste your time. This is absolutely the worst laundromat i’ve ever been to. The place is absolutely disgusting and dirty. The machines are out of date. The lady who works here is rude and very disrespectful.
