Supper clean. I wash here every week. The older man that watches over the place. Ensures no drama. Owner is nice too. Only met him once. But was quick to thank everyone for patronizing his business. Way to go guys.

Great prices, store keeper well call him is rude and nasty but keeps the rif raf out and clean just rude. I love the prices , dryers great but I hardly seen any water in these 3 machines hope my clothes clean and rinse the liquids off them. Amen I pray

I've been coming to this place for about 6 months. The machine does good, but will be better if they relase more water into the washer. Yes they do control how much water goes in the washer. Doing laundry 07/24/2024 all is well. Rain comes power on and off, all machines stopping some came right back on and others took a lil- longer. The last wash of multiple machines 7-9 minutes no water they just spin. Now my the washer with Natcuica, Polo, Guess, and other name brand clothes why it want to act up. The door wouldn't open even after following the steps of the emergency red button no luck. the rude man to women and who don't want using the bathroom, who work there is not no where to be found. No numbers posted for emergencies. We worried about our clothes,, we went to all the corner stores looking for him cause he can't do his normal at the washer still no luck, looking internet for contact no luck. We been there since 430pm. Going back n forth up till 930. Finally a new male worker who say he just started have no clue on how to get our clothes. And to top it off he has no contact info for the owner, the manager or not even the person who he relieve. All he can say is come tomorrow. Who want to leave they name brand clothes😪. I go at 545am the next day no one there, even though am aware they open at 6am . Look thru window clothes still there, but can't really make out what the words say. My husband go around 715am no luck. So around 806am the rude man show up. And tell my husband we could of been got our clothes , really like that machine been locked for hours and all who tried to open it had no luck. Do he really think we just left our good name brand clothes there overnight knowing the less fortunate be around. And we have seen him take people clothes sometimes and hide them and claim he don't know where they at. But will bring them out when they ready to knock him out. Please teach our staff customer service, need some type of emergency numbers or email present. And stop thinking those machines don't give problems. My husband was heated cause the old man want to tell him what we could of done. I went as far looking in the tax collector site for a phone number. Instead of him arguing he should of said let me see if my boss could give you a refund or a free was day. I've seen it all there but this take the cake. Hope the clothes aren't ruined🙏🤞🙏

Very clean, love the black power radio station they always playing. There are two men who are mainly the ones who work there and the experience depends on this. If you get Al, you will have a good time, no issues. The other man seems to be there for criticism of the people he dont like, such as calling out, you are gonna pick that up right! As soon as a piece of lint or something falls before you can even get it. That's Mr. Jackson, who is elderly, skinny, and probably grumpy because he needs to be retried. Too bad this is America turns out we work till we die.

The washers and the dryers are upgraded it's Awesome to wash ,but the old man that's in there as an attendant I can feel the rudeness and he was so nosy looking at every move I made he was looking it made me feel very uncomfortable.

Always being followed around as if I'm going to walk out with one of the washers and the two men that monitors and cleans up the property is very rude and judgmental towards certain people that come in to this place of business to spend their hard earned money they need to do better

Place is right down the street clean an the cheapest wash 250 dry 50 cents to 75 cents great machines I would go out of my way to go there

The prices are awesome. The machines and facilities are maintained nicely. The gentleman that works there has opened the door for me a couple of times as well as let me know I might need more soap. Oh and the music is very cool as well.

I wish I could give ZERO stars. I have been doing my laundry here for a little over 10 yrs once a week. I have went through several owners this last one has very shady business practices.1st there is # posted to recieve a refund if there machines don't work properly. I had to literally be a dectective to find a # to call for a refund. I texted to night with video of the issue because this is the 2nd time in almost 3 yrs the machines did not fill and wash my clothes. I was met with accusations as if I was trying to scam them. I can post the full text conversation if need be.I was told a load of mularkey I know better my mother has been in this line of work for nearly 50yrs. STEER CLEAR cause you will lose money and not given a refund if thier machines malfunction. If you did lose money here and need the number to call hit me up. Hold them accountable for thier faulty equipment . Stealing peoples hard earned money.
