The attended was giving me the side eye muttering under her breath at 1020 even tho it says on the door and online open till 11

I've gone to this laundry mat for a long time but when I have used this one particular washer (Big/Washer) that cost $6 and you're supposed to be able to do a large load!! two times I've used this machine and left my stuff sopping wet with soap still in it. I was looking for the employee that is there normally and apparently she's on a 2 hour lunch, so I called the owner twice and they never answered and I left 2 messages. Come to find out I spoke with another person that goes there and she says she has an issue with this place too. There was a friend of the employee there and she called her and her name was Kathy, she told me she will be back from lunch at 4 pm so I guess she thought I would sit there for 2 hours .. No thank you you've lost my business

The sign on the window says, "Last wash 9 pm. Open Monday through Sunday 6 am - 10 pm". Don't believe it. I have gone by at 8 and it was completely closed. My daughter-in-law has gone there for years. Two weeks ago, just before 8. The worker, Anna, said they were closing early. There was nothing posted to that effect. I had to go to the store which closed at 10. All the laundry was stated before I left at 8:55 and some was in the dryer. I returned at 9:36 to find my daughter-in-law and my just 4 year-old granddaughter sitting outside in the cold. She was told, if you are going to be so late, to do her laundry some place else. Is this how loyal customers should be treated? I don't believe so.

Place is filthy and nothing works. My mother was doing laundry when the machine started to leak from the bottom of the machine. We went to go look for an attendant and nothing. Someone from next door came to help us and he confirmed that the leak was coming from underneath the machine. When the attendant finally arrive she immediately started accusing us of over packing the machine and verbally assaulted us. She called my parents dogs. We left in such discuss. Do not do your laundry here.

Second time in a row that I'm forced out of here well before closing time. Very unprofessional. There supposed to be open till 9 or 10 n I'm getting kicked out at 830 .. rushed as early ad 8.. getting reminded that my clothes are almost done. They is non one in here I can wash on my own time. 0 starts. So disappointing that I'll need to find a new place.

This is an older laundromat but there is a constant attendant who keeps the place clean and working properly. Some of the older machines have been recently replaced. They have everything from single load to four load washers. The large commercial dryers will dry multiple loads for 75 cents.

Really clean! Peaceful place to do my laundry, I take about an hour and I have like 5 bags of clothing. It’s 25 cents to dry too, usually I use about 75 cents to dry fully though.

Signs says last wash is it 9. At 8:25 Pm it was locked up. Lady says she was going on break than shutting. So no go. And no matter the time of day, the ladies who work there go maskless.

To me it's a nice place is clean has TV sets has a lot of dryers and machines I also get get water from it it's a good place so I have to say
