I used 2 machines 1 stop working mid cycle.I informed the attendant and showed them the picture, and they told me I had to pay to rewash the clothes in a different machine. This is unacceptable.
I love going to this place. The ladies that work there i get along with very well. I love the fact you don't have to make change for the amount of clothes and dryers I have to use. So using a card is very convenient for me. Some dryers have a hard time reading the cards so it takes a few swips for the dryers to get going. The place is clean always, or it's being cleaned when I show up. I go different hours in the a.m,afternoon and close to closing. Staff is very helpful and respectful to my kids and me. Most of all it has reasonable priceses for washing and drying. I always recommend this place to any one who's looking for a place to wash on a budget with everthing getting expensive around us... 😊🙏🏻
I was at the laundromat today Thursday May 23 around 1pm. I was using machines 44 and 45. Machine 45 is not working properly it is giving a low fill error causing the clothes not to wash properly keeps trying to fill but the drain valve doesn’t close. Rosa the manager was great she had me swap the clothes after the first load into 44 which was working and gave me extra soap since I was out. Hopefully they fix machine 45 emailed the company email as well.
this place is trash. called to ask what time do they accept the last load the lady told me 8:45pm when i got there it was 8:40pm & the same lady ( recognized the voice ) told me 8:30pm was the latest. all i had was a small load due to an emergency with my washer at home.
I visited this laundromat recently and, as a Black customer, I noticed my clothes weren’t treated with the same care as others’. While other customers could leave their items for extended periods without any issues, my belongings seemed to be overlooked by the staff. I urge fellow Black customers to keep an eye on their items and hope the management addresses this inconsistency so everyone receives equal care. I set my timer for 25 minutes but returned a little late and found that a man had accidentally run into my car on his electric bike—his bike had died, and he looked disoriented, so I helped him get safely to the sidewalk and walk home. When I came back, my clothes were piled on top of a basket, and despite explaining the situation, the staff ignored my concerns. One staff member even went to the back of her cubby, began eating, and when I asked for her name and a manager’s contact, she refused to provide any information. As I was leaving, a gentleman asked what had happened, and I explained that my clothes had been taken out. He mentioned that his own clothes were missing too and that the staff wasn’t helping him; he even called the number on the door, only to be told nothing could be done. He was also Black in his work uniform. After being a loyal customer for 10 years, I’ve never experienced such treatment—I will never return and won’t recommend this laundromat to anyone in my community.
Stupid charge of 50c when you get a card to use it in the laundromat.. because they do not use coins. When you use these places, obviously, you do not have a laundry machie at home. This place advantage on a disadvantage personas. Do not support this place.
I like this laundry mat. They have these cool cards you get instead of coins. That's great!! Having to use quarters has always been a big hassle I've had some stupid experiences trying to find coins cus a change machine was broken at different establishments. The cards are awesome very convenient. The machines are good especially the dryers. Everything came out clean and fresh. Also the tide soap yellow bottle I got out the vending machine had the safe for all machines mark on it so that's also a big plus. I hope that anyone who does there laundry here has a good experience also. The only off the top is charging stations. They should be everywhere it is the modern age. In modern cities they are in every restaurant, coffee shop, bus stop, airport, it's unfortunate that people can't afford such a convenience such in a city as awesome as Moreno valley. Let's hope 🤞 forthe future. growth is gold. Sunnymead laundry gets a A++.
Never ever thought I'd be describing doing laundry at a laundromat like this but here it is summed up in one word... PLEASANT Very clean! The washers and dryers worked great and didn't smell of stench when I stuck my head in. Card payment system was convenient and extremely easy to load and use with the machines. Although I live in Perris this is my spot to do laundry!
I've been always coming to this laundry mat for years I've been seeing owner's come and Go, Today I decided to go and there was a lady there With her son Atte. The Laundry mat it was almost time to Close which was 945pm I came in a good time and I was just folding my clothes He comes up to me and tells me like in a Rude Way that there closing in reality they all wait for you there. But he seemed really rude and telling everyone that they were closing like hurry up. Not coming here no more
I love going to this laundromat usually it’s always a in and out thing. I wish I knew other management schedule to not have to encounter one specific lady. Lady with red hair doesn’t like to help anybody. The dryer machine was clearly reading error and she proceeded telling me to put my card in while charging me to press buttons when it obviously doesn’t work. She offered no solution and just walked away like whatever.
It's just okay. It would be a lot better if they had central air or any type of air conditioning or flow of air. Considering all of the activity and machines producing heats as well as apeople shuffling aroun one another in a pretty crammed …
Pretty clean and well kept facility. This is cheaper than the place down the street who people were claiming were the cheapest in the area. The machines are a good size and the woman who works here is constantly making sure the areas are …
Most Dryers don’t get hot I spent 30$ trying to get clothes dry the lent wasn’t cleaned and even the ones that was cleaned the dryer still was wasn drying they are scamming people there are new owners and they know the washers and some of the dryers don’t work 50$ total to wash and dry and clothes were still damp is crazy 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬 …
My visit here to launderland was a good visit for a review. During my visit the staff was cleaning the entire time and that's always a good site to see. There was also steady traffic and that's also a good site to see. Overall I say this …
The woman that owns this laundromat is sweet and hardworking. Her business is always clean and quick to refund if the machine breaks down and takes your money. My dad and I come here every Sunday to wash our laundry. Great place.
Have been coming here now, for about 3 months, since A1 Laundromat on Perris/Alessandro, caught fire 🔥. Clean establishment, which usually has a person on site keeping it clean, refunding money for when the machines don't work, etc..., …
The staff Manager has ruined it with me ever for returning! She gave away my dryers to another customer when I had to just go and get my stuff out of the washer, and left me with no dryers! Then she had me harassed by the next attendant …
The ladies that work here are great. They are always willing to help if there is a problem with any machine. The only issue here is that there are a number of machines not working and the owner is slow in getting them repaired.
Plenty of empty washers and dryers to choose from. Well maintained. No homeless.
I don’t know if this launderland is ran by the same people in Perris but wow so much better. Clean and no caring change around they use a card that you can load money on at laundry mat… thank you for your service
