Laundry Depot

Came here to wash large loads that would not fit at home. I wasn't familiar with the machines, thankfully I received fantastic service from an employee named Holly. Holly noticed I needed help and came right over, got me going and also explained the best dryer to use for later on. The service from Holly was unexpected and greatly appreciated! Holly was super engaged, helping everybody. She even stopped a dryer mid cycle because she heard a strange noise. She found nails in the dryer. Holly is the bomb, please recognize her above and beyond efforts. Side note, every machine was operable here, not a single out of order sign that we saw. They're taking care of business at Laundry Depot!

Nice laundromat, clean, safe and good prices to dry. I did notice how the washer wouldn't allow me to choose the longer, hotter, heavy cycle. It was weird, it kept defaulting to warm, delicates. Met a few other customers that were real nice... I'll be back either way

New to Fairfield and this place has 3.9 stars which I deemed acceptable. But the $4.25 washer’s timer was incorrect against my iPhone timer. It was 10 minutes over time which I didn’t need since I’m on a schedule. Furthermore it did not spin, leaving my laundry dripping. Two stars. The woman here is barely bilingual; English is her second language and difficult to ask her to resolve the matter by giving me free dryer time due to the malfunction of the washer. 1 star is too much 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼thumbs down times 5

This place is great! It's always clean and the staff are helpful when you can find them. My only issue is with the people not wearing masks while doing their laundry... 😑... Come on.... There's a virus..... 😷..... Mask up.

It's kept well clean the problem I had with the regular washers is that it would leave white residue on my clothes. I think they need to clean their washers because the laundromat at my apartments doesn't do this.

I had some bleach on my hands and asked the Mexican lady if they had running water to wash my hands she said "we don't have any and we never will" The water faucet is broken, no restroom for the customers. I told the lady i will not wash there no more. She responded sarcastically "Don't worry you won't, but others will" even as a last resort i would never wash there. I would rather wash my clothes by hand...

This laundromat does not have dexter pay or card use. It's only coin operated and the change machines don't work. I walked in and left without washing my clothes. Next!

I just moved close by and was planning on doing my laundry here but every time I go by there are homeless people hanging out in front of the business. I don't know if they are doing laundry there or panhandling but either way I'm going to take my business elsewhere.

Machines do not work properly No running water no bathroom No staff on site Homeless shelter more than laundromat. The machine I used did not fill with water my clothes came out soapy I was refused refund and had to go else where to finish my laundry

The closing staff was very kind and understanding of needing to finish our laundry after closing time. I was very impressed with her customer service skills!
